Doc updates for SDP Training and offline checkpoint PowerPoint docs.
28896Various updates to slides, adapting to modern SDP, including
accounting for changes in scripts like, the db swap now
just changing symlinks rather than moving db.* files around,
and SDP structural change so /p4/N/bin is local.  Also updated
version identifiers.
