off-topic: If swarm just monitored changelists since its last scan it wouldn't be a problem having to be 'told' about a changelist. The way it works now means you can basically never bring swarm down, ever, or it will miss stuff. grumble

It took some tracking down but I was not able to build locally without specifying jam -sSMARTHEAP=0 p4

Shouldn't any new changelist show up? (or is this because the new DVCS pushes come in through a different door)
